HALCO is moving this weekend!

(Note: here is a link to our HALCO pamphlet 2019 November version: https://www.halco.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/HALCO_pamphlet.pdf)

As we have reported, we are moving to:  55 University Avenue, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2H7.

Our new office is just south of King Street West and the fully accessible St. Andrew subway station.  Our telephone, FAX, website and email contact information will not change.

To minimize service disruption, our move is scheduled to take place this weekend, but our office will be closed on Friday, May 27 and Monday, May 30 for our move.

Our new office will open on Tuesday May 31, 2016, at 9 a.m.

Our new HALCO information pamphlet (2016May) is available on our website in pdf: www.halco.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/HALCO_NEW_pamphlet_with_new_address-2016May.pdf

Please contact us if you have any questions or if you would like a print copy of our new pamphlet.

As always, our primary focus continues to be the provision of free legal services for people living with HIV in Ontario.

Our move is the exciting result of a co-location project. The specialty legal clinics co-locating with us are Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario, ARCH Disability Law Centre, Canadian Environmental Law Association, Income Security Advocacy Centre, Industrial Accidents Victims Group Ontario, Justice for Children and Youth, and Landlord’s Self Help Centre. The Association of Community Legal Clinics of Ontario will also share the space.

Although we will be sharing common space with other legal clinics, we have a separate office and reception area.  HALCO will continue to be an independent community-based legal clinic with a board of directors, the majority of whom must be living with HIV.

This announcement is available on our website as a pdf:  www.halco.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/HALCO-is-Moving-on-2016May27-Announcement.pdf.
