HALCO - HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic (Ontario)
is a charitable not-for-profit community-based legal clinic which provides free legal assistance to people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS in Ontario, Canada.

HALCO is funded by Legal Aid Ontario, the AIDS Bureau of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and the ACT Community Partners Fund. HALCO is a registered charity and receives donations from individuals and community partners.
HALCO has seven full-time staff: our Executive Director [who is a lawyer], three staff lawyers, our Community Legal Worker, our Director of Administration and our Administrative Assistant. As well, we have a full-time articling [law] student each year and law student volunteers.

HALCO is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. [closed on government/public holidays].
Our Intake Hours for New Inquiries:
-We are open for new inquiries/intakes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
-We do not take new inquiries/intakes on Wednesdays.
