To become a member of HALCO, please complete this HALCO Membership Application form and return it to our office:

A primary goal of the HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic Ontario is to provide legal services to persons living with HIV/AIDS that are revelant to their well being and that enable them to participate fully in the communities in which they live. Please offer your support by becoming a member of the HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic Ontario (HALCO).

By becoming a member of HALCO, you will be invited to participate in our Annual General Meeting which helps to guide the clinic, and you can help elect the board of directors. As a member, you may also stand for election to the board.

No fee is required for membership in the HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic. Membership is renewed annually. If you are a resident of Ontario who is 16 years of age or older and you agree with the "Statement of Principles" as they appear on the HALCO Membership Application form, please complete the form and return it to us.

Your contact information will only be used as permitted under the Corporations Act, for example, to inform you of our Annual General Meeting and to give you the opportunity to renew your membership. You may, however, indicate to us that you wish to be contacted about other HALCO activities by checking the appropriate place on the application form.
