HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic (Ontario) - HALCO is a charitable not-for-profit community-based legal clinic serving low-income people living with HIV/AIDS in Ontario.

HALCO is funded by Legal Aid Ontario, the AIDS Bureau of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and the ACT Community Partners Fund. HALCO is a registered charity and receives donations from individuals and community partners.

HALCO has six full-time staff: our Executive Director [who is a lawyer], two staff lawyers, our Community Legal Worker, our Office Manager and our Administrative Assistant. As well, we have a full-time articling [law] student each year and law student volunteers.

HALCO is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. [closed on government/public holidays].
