Over 100 members support HALCO’s work. HALCO membership is free and is renewed annually. Benefits of membership include receipt of our Newsletter, and voting privileges at our Annual General Meeting. To become a HALCO member, you must be a resident of Ontario who is 16 years of age or older, and you must agree with our Statement of Principles.
